East Lansdowne Elementary School takes action against Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia!

Students and staff at East Lansdowne Elementary School in East Lansdowne, Pennsylvania, suburb of Philadelphia, raised $210 for CHERUBS and formed a CDH awareness ribbon on the school's field in honor of Caroline Benson (10 month old RCDH survivor) held by her mother Nancy Benson (a fourth grade teacher at ELES). Caroline was diagnosed with CDH at birth and was transferred from her local hospital to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia were she spent 84 days in the NICU.

Special thanks to everyone at East Lansdowne Elementary School and CHERUBS member Nancy Benson for taking action against Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia!
